Had a fantastic Easter break at this cozy country retreat. The facilities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was superb, surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to local attractions. We loved being able to explore the nearby National Trust and English Heritage sites. The peacefulness was a big plus, allowing us to unwind and listen to the delightful sounds of nature. a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway!
There were a couple of hiccups during our stay. It would have been helpful to have been aware of this beforehand.

Stayed recently, nice & quiet area. Everything needed for a peaceful break. No mobile signal, but wifi fine. Close to National Trust & English Heritage sites. Would stay again if in the area.

During my recent stay, the internet connection was a bit problematic and there was no mobile signal, a downside. the hosts were very responsive and made an effort to fix the issue. The hotel itself was well-equipped with amenities such as a washing machine and dishwasher, made our stay very convenient. It was also cozy and had coffee and an umbrella. The location was great for us, although it was quite rural. Despite these small drawbacks, I would definitely consider coming back to this lovely place. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at The Grannery.

Stayed at the adjoining property, The Lavendrye, for a few days. Great location for walking in the Northern part of High Weald. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, away from the main road. No mobile signal but wifi worked fine. Well-equipped property with everything you need. Convenient for National Trust & English Heritage sites. Friendly and responsive hosts. Would stay again if in the area.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The Grannery is my go-to place. The staff even helped with a taxi once. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, kettle, kitchen utensils, outdoor dining. Coming back for New Year!
